The Affordable Warmth Obligation, part of the ECO scheme and a replacement for the Warm Front, supports you with replacing or repairing your boiler or providing other energy-saving assistance. It may also help you upgrade your heating system.
To be eligible, you must:
- Receive certain benefits.
- Be a homeowner or a private tenant with a landlord’s permit.
You may also qualify if you live in social housing, but the grant may only cover insulation or new heating for a first-time installation. Check your Energy Performance Certificate to find out your home energy rating (E, F, or G).
